Spring Break is here!

So Spring Break for our three kids is finally here! We really don't have anything planned for the next week and of course the weather doesn't look like it is going to play nice until the end of the week.

Today it is very windy and we have a chance of rain. Tonight the lows are around 36 degrees and tomorrow it should warm up to a toasty 56 degrees with lows at night around 29 degrees. Excellent!

Anyway, since it is just me left entertaining the three kids, I am trying to make a list of activities for us to do during the week to keep them busy and happy.

There is a great coupon for Chuck E Cheese's available right now for $18.99. Now I am not a big fan of the place. Their pizza is so-so, it's loud and generally draining on the pocket book. But for a large pizza, four drinks and 25 game tokins for less than $20.00 - I am on board to keep my kids entertained. Check out the coupon here: http://email.chuckecheese.com/static/chuckecheese/581975/coupon_nt.htm?s=image. It expires May 3rd.

We have some new sidewalk chalk to color with if it warms up outside, eggs to dye and decorate for Easter, and a few parks to visit (again, if the weather warms up.) We also have a great coupon for B1G1 free playtime at Monkey Joes that opened up a few weeks ago. So I am thinking it is probably going to be good Monkey Joes weather tomorrow or Wednesday. I am also sure every other mother in the Lexington area is thinking the same thing!

If anybody has any other fun and inexpensive ideas to help make Spring Break exciting for small children, please let me know.
